Future Technology

I think that the future technology can be useful and helpful but also very expensive. With the advancement of it i'm not sure how many people are going to afford all the new technologies anyway. Some of it isn't for buying such as the new Facebook timeline. That is just an advancement to Facebook. What surprised me the most was how the Facebook timeline was in the new emerging technologies category. To me i do not think that it is that big of a deal because it is just a social networking site. I think the possibilities for Facebook in the future are just adding more ways to connect with people. But in a way that isn't safe because anyone can look at what you are putting onto Facebook unless you make everything set to private. Maybe they will make a better security system for Facebook. As for as technologies in 2009 go, i believe that the liquid battery is being used today in cell phones. Technologies back then are being used now and even being worked on to be advanced even more. Technologies can be advanced in our benefit but also in bad ways too. You never know what new invention is going to pop up in technology.
